・Some repair marks may remain on the surface depending on the size of the hole.

・Even if you can fill in the holes, it may not be possible to restore the pattern, depending on the damage.

・Unlike regular perforations, restoring knit ends requires considerable skill. Depending on the materials used and the reinforced threads that are woven into the fabric, it may be difficult to restore the product in its perfect condition, such as the loss of elasticity in the repaired part.

・If only the thread of the linking (connecting part) is broken, it can be repaired relatively easily, but if the stitches at the part with the hole are broken or the shape of the connecting part has changed, Restoration work for perforations will be added.

・If the symptoms are severe, it may be difficult to restore by stitching. In that case, it is necessary to completely close the hole once by repairing the hole, and it may take time to restore or it may not be possible to repair.

・It may be difficult to restore if the protruding thread is cut or the distance is long. Due to the importance of restoring the surface, knots may remain on the back side.

・In the case of fluorescent colors or heathered threads (threads with multiple colors), it may not be possible to find similar repair threads.

The person in charge of repair will check the condition of the photos sent by the customer and will contact you with an estimate.

We try to reply as soon as possible, but due to the high volume of inquiries, it may take 3 to 7 days after receiving the email.

After accepting the estimate, we will ship the product. After the product arrives, we may change the estimate only if there is a difference between the image and the actual product.

The billed amount will not change after the repair work.
